Usman Qureshi
Specialist Orthodontist
Dr Usman Qureshi qualified in dentistry from the University of Manchester and completed specialisation in Orthodontics at the Queen Mary University of London and Royal London Hospital in 2008. This resulted in being awarded an MSc in Orthodontics as well as the Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons (England). He also received the David DiBiase prize for clinical excellence during his training.
He is a long standing Clinical Lecturer on the postgraduate orthodontic training programme at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) and has trained over 100 specialists; sharing his clinical experience to train the next generation of orthodontists. He is a key contributor on two well established and recognised UK courses for orthodontic trainees - Straight Wire Today and Functional Appliances: A Critical Appraisal. He maintains an active involvement in clinical research at QMUL and has been a key contributor on a number of internationally published clinical research trials.
Dr Qureshi is a Member of the World Federation of Orthodontists, American Association of Orthodontists, British and European Orthodontic Societies.
