1. The Promoter is Portman Healthcare Limited trading as Portman Smile Clinic Rainham, which is registered and incorporated in England and Wales under company number 06740579. Our registered office is at Rosehill, New Barn Lane, Cheltenham, GL52 3LZ.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Portman Healthcare Limited, their family or close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of this competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person per method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. The competition will run from 12:00am on the 26th January 2024 (the Opening Date) to 11:59pm on the 7th March 2024 (the Closing Date) inclusive. After the Closing Date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. To enter the competition, entrants must like the competition post, tag one friend in the post, and follow Portman Smile Clinic Rainham’s Facebook page @portmansmileclinicrainham
10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. The prize is as follows: one luxury afternoon tea hamper ordered from Hay Hampers by Portman Smile Clinic Rainham, featuring tea, strawberry and white chocolate chip cookies, lemon curd, biscotti cantucci with chocolate chips, clotted cream fudge bar, sables lemon and ginger biscuits, and all butter shortbread.
13. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable, subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14. The winner will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents.
15. The winner will be announced on Portman Smile Clinic Rainham’s Facebook page on the 16th of February 2024 as a post/story.
16. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram on the 11th March 2024. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement. The Promoter will only make contact via direct message, and the winner should check in the ‘message requests’ section if they do not receive a message on the contact day. The Promoter will not ask entrants to click any links, but they may ask for contact details to arrange collection of the prize.
17. The Promoter will follow up with the winner by email to arrange collection of the prize.
18. The prize winner will collect the prize from the Portman Smile Clinic Rainham practice.
19. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
21. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
22. The winner’s name will be available for 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: [email protected].
23. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
24. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social network.
25. You are providing your information to Portman Healthcare Limited and not to any other party.
26. The only data we collect will be your name (and username on Facebook) if you choose to enter the competition.
27. Names and usernames will only be used to randomly select the prize winner and will not be permanently stored. After the winner has accepted their prize, all other names and usernames will be removed from our servers.
28. The winner’s name will be stored and available for 28 days after the closing date as per point 21. After this point, they will be removed from our servers.
29. The competition is open to UK mainland residents only.
